LG is pleased to announce the launch of it’s state of the art B2B center in Nairobi, Kenya. The showroom located at LG East Africa’s headquarters at 14 Riverside, Westlands is set to redefine our B2B relationship with premium partners and clients through a revolutionary practical approach to customer care. We seek to integrate our processes with their businesses to ensure a smooth transfer of skills and information.
In attendance were LG distributors, retailers, senior managers and staff from LG as well as business partners from across different sectors. While making his opening remarks LG Marketing Manager (East & Central Africa) Mr. Moses Marji said “LG is keen on giving its key customers value for their money and an enhanced customer experience through business partnerships. He urged them to take full advantage of the resource center to further their knowledge on LG products and services”.
At hand to launch the B2B center was LG Managing Director (Eastern Africa) Mr. Janghoon Chung who said “The centre will showcase all of LG’s premium appliances, product solutions and give our partners the distinct opportunity to interact with our innovative products and solutions on an intricate level, this ensures they get real value for their investment”. He reiterated LG’s support to the government in building the technology sector in Kenya in line with its Big 4 agenda.
LG recognizes the role of technology and innovation as a key economic driver across the globe including Kenya which has been a key driver of growth across different sectors such as hospitality, manufacturing & energy. They have created a space for stakeholders in these and other sectors to come and interact with its products and innovative solutions.
The LG showroom is designed to give businesses and organizations an interactive hands-on experience as well as get an in-depth review of the capabilities that LG products and services hold. With its opening our partners, retailers and learning institutions can look forward to workshops, training and certification programs that will keep them updated on LG’s innovative programs and smart technologies.
It will also act as a learning hub for our workforce. We will offer workshops and trainings on our products to ensure our staff are versed in the latest technologies and innovations. Our staff and business partners will have the opportunity to enhance their understanding of futuristic technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (A.I).
